This phase of the ARG appears to be complete, but PortalWiki.net will keep you up to date on any ARG news, and new Portal 2 info as it becomes available.

The Progress Bar reached 100%, leading to the Portal 2 announcement by Valve that provided a New BBS login: drattmann / h0nee
The backup login changed to provide an Aperture Image Format GW-Basic program, while the drattman login provided the APF Images decoded by the program (obtained here).
