In the Achievement patch for Portal, a new sound clip was added called PartyEscort.wav:

This clip was removed in a stealth update Tuesday morning, but the reference to the sound is still in the code. It has been replaced instead with an updated robot version of the text. See Valuable Asset Retrieval

[edit] Dinosaur_fizzle.wav still alive

Little something something, you can hear still alive begin at the very start. This isn't very surprising, since this sound is played when destroying an in-game radio in the material emancipation grid. Before the "emancipation" starts, still alive is playing from the radio.

Sounds more like the fanfare about three seconds into looping_radio_mix.wav, to me.
