Not sure if this would have any significance but "Abend" means "evening" in German... 76.180.157.173 03:33, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
- probaly not, ABEND means abnormal end in programming.
[edit] Isometric room
The "isometric" room is actually not isometric, as you might notice, the supposedly parallel edges of the room are not parallel. In isometric projections, all parallel edges are parallel and the point of view is rotated by 45 degrees in yaw and pitch compared to a vanilla front view. What the image is actually is a perspective projection of the room.
[edit] 05283220.113\04227957.284 (???) and 06964631.350\09767166.647 (Tunnel?)
The first (???), when rotated 90 degrees clockwise, appears to be a test chamber seen from a ledge or near the ceiling (as from a camera). [1]
The second (Tunnel?), once rotated in the same way, looks like a scaffolding holding something up, possibly a GLaDoS-style construction (or GLaDoS herself) seen from the floor looking upward.
== 09468599.954\07097587.922 (AKA: Image/Three frames of a video?)
It is mentioned in the directors commentary of portal:
"[Level design] the modular approach we settled on makes it plausible that the chambers can reform dynamically on these pistons" -portal\sound\commentary\prtl-comment029.wav
It appears that this image is 3 frames of this process occurring.
